Our gastronomic offer is based on the use of mostly local products, which local farmers can provide (potatoes, corn, quinoa, beans, various vegetables) grown organically and natural.

The meals at Colca Trek Lodge are all done with love, with homemade recipes .  Our chef has a unique sense of creativity to keep our menus fresh with local ingredients.

In our breakfasts you can enjoy the best organic coffee of Peru, fresh juice of oranges, local fruits, hot bread baked in the village, eggs, milk and fresh cheese, among others

In our lunches and diners are provided  fresh trouts, alpaca beefs, pasta and veggie options with quinoa, wheat and organic vegetables.

We collaborate directly to support local farmers, helping to improve the economy of the small town of Pinchollo, we try to keep our community clean and green.
