Reservation applicants must fill out the following form:

• Full name and surname of the passengers.
• Identification document
• Nationality
• Dietary restrictions/allergies
• Check in
• Check out
• Quantity and type of room
• Approximate arrival time

A confirmed reservation is considered when the payment voucher for 100% of the published rate is sent to the bank account numbers indicated.

Cancellations

If a reconfirmed reservation is canceled within a minimum of 72 hours, 50% of the agreed rate will be charged for all reconfirmed rooms and nights.

No Show

If the reservation has not been effective, that is, it generates a no show, 100% of the total number of rooms/nights reserved will be charged. No shows are not transferable.

Conditions for check in

1. Passengers must present an identity document/passport
2. Entry and registration of minors in the hotel
   Minors will only be allowed to enter the hotel when they are accompanied by one of their parents, guardians, curators, responsible persons and with their express authorization to enter the hotels
   (Notary Permit), duly accredited with ID, passport and/or or birth certificate, otherwise we are obliged to immediately report to the local police authorities.A maximum of 2 children free of charge will be allowed per room. No accommodation fee will be charged to children under 13 years of age as long as they share the room with their parents and do not request an additional bed. Breakfast fee will be charged for children between 8 and 12 years old inclusive.

Day Use/ Late Check out / Early check in

Day Use, Early Check in and Late Check out can only be confirmed according to availability, within the week of receipt of the reservation. The rate for Day Use, Late Check out and Early Check in will be 50% of the negotiated rate. This rate does not include breakfast. Any reservation that requests entry before or after the established schedule must pay for the night’s accommodation.

Day Use rate will be applied for a maximum stay of 6 hours between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Early Check in and Late check out will only be confirmed within the established times:

ECI from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and LCO from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Payment Policies

Reservations must be prepaid in full.

The only way to validate the payment made to our accounts is by sending the payment voucher.

For last minute reservations, payment cannot be made with an interbank transfer since its validation may be after the passenger's arrival date. In that case, the guest’s credit card will be requested and a guarantee will be taken from it, if there is no validated payment.

For transfers sent from abroad, the client must assume the entire charge for said bank transaction.
